Three weeks ago the Phoenix Sport Club Majors team punched their ticket as one of the USASA entries in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Tournament. Tonight they get to show their stuff, as they travel to Sahlen’s Stadium in Rochester, NY for a first round tilt with USL PRO side Rochester Raging Rhinos.

The match kicks off at 7:35pm and is being streamed live on Rochester ESPN 950 radio.

This Sunday, June 19, Phoenix will continue their quest for the US Adult Soccer Open Cup title with an 11am match against the New York Panacyprian Freedom for the Region 1 (Northeastern US) title. This is part of the Region 1 Tournaments weekend hosted by the Ukrainian Nationals, County Line & Lower State Road, Horsham PA. The Men’s and Women’s U-23  regional title will be decided June 18-19. On Sunday, June 19, the Men’s Open, Men’s Amateur, Women’s Cup and Men’s O-30  titles will be decided.
