Aston Villa signed Michael Bradley on loan until the end of the year. If they stay up, expect the club to make Bradley their first summer signing.

Jozy Altidore is going to Burzaspor on loan. Please, just let this guy play soccer somewhere.

Eddie Johnson is on loan to Preston North End until the end of the season. He has not scored for Fulham this year and rarely got playing time, despite the club’s dearth of goalscorers.

  4. all these euro yanks need reps. credit where credit is due for bradley and his ilk, but altidore, johnson, onyewu, adu, davies, etc… all need first team minutes, even if it means second level sides (see what i did there?). jozy may get europe minutes if he stays there more than a few months, same with gooch. as for adu, there’s a bench spot open in the casa primera, i’m sure. six of one, it would seem.
