Adult Leagues

The Delaware Valley is home to several adult soccer leagues. Most require that you link up with a club in order to get into the league, but some allow individual signups. The Delaware Valley’s largest adult soccer league, with 40 teams across 4 divisions, with all games at Philadelphia’s Pennypack Park. Several PSP contributors play in and help run this league.

Small league based in Philadelphia’s Bella Vista section.

    This women’s league plays at Community Park in Bensalem on Sunday afternoons and is generally quite open to new players signing up individually.

    The oldest continuously operating soccer league in the United States has a mixture of club, private school and college-based teams.

    Three divisions, with clubs based largely in Montgomery and Bucks counties.

    A small league based in the Lehigh Valley.

    40-year-old league in south Jersey, largely 1 team per town. Men’s and women’s divisions.

    Three-division women’s league with clubs ranging from Lancaster to Philadelphia.

    Small, exclusive league that is home to the region’s oldest and most storied clubs. Very high quality of play.

    12-team men’s division and 6-team over-35 league. 4 women’s teams play in the TCWSL.
