My understanding is that if they make the u-20 world cup in May in Seoul South Korea, Derrick Jones is expected to be added to the squad. He will be eligible because he will have – just – completed five years residency in the United States, an eligibility requirement.

  2. Wow; about time U20’s defeated Mexico again. But all due to set pieces and a stellar defense (like 31 years ago)….

Interesting how a coaching change woke up Leicester big time. Some of their players looked reborn beating Liverpool 3-1 yesterday. Need to see what the long term impact of the coaching change will be but a lot of conclusions are already being drawn, one of which is that player power is becoming more and more prevalent these days.

  3. Some roster rule clarity:

“…the rule changes allow teams to carry a total of 30 players; an increase of two spots from the previous year, and those two additional spots must be used to sign additional Homegrown Players.”

  4. Here is analysis of how the U-20s did it from Will Parchman at the MLS website.
