KYW Philly Soccer Show: Amobi Okugo

The Philadelphia Union have a couple of tough games coming up as they try to fight back into the playoff picture. and the KYW Philly Soccer Show gets you ready for it!

In the latest edition of the KYW Philly Soccer Show, KYW’s Greg Orlandini and PSP’s Eli Pearlman-Storch talk with Union midfielder Amobi Okugo.

The Union face the New York Red Bulls this evening without Okugo, who is serving a one-game suspension for a late red card in the team’s 3-3 draw against the Colorado Rapids last Saturday.

Okugo talks about how the team needs wins against the Red Bulls and the Chicago Fire (on Saturday) to stay in the hunt.

He also talks about his move back to midfield and serving as team captain.

  1. i think what you are talking about was bobby boswell kneeing lenhart in the back. pretty surprised the disciplinary committee didn’t come down on him for it
